Web Site Privacy Statement

GPEKS Constructions Inc. (GPEKS) web site provides information about Clean Energy Education services as well as about the programs and courses delivered in partnership with Willis College. Both GPEKS and Willis College respect the privacy of its online visitors and do not sell or rent any information obtained from its web site to any other organization or third party.

When you visit GPEKS or Willis College Web site, the GPEKS server automatically collects a limited amount of information essential for the site's operation and security. This information includes your IP address, the name of your Internet Service Provider, and information concerning your browser and operating system. This information is used to perform statistical analysis of user trends and interests and to help us make this site more useful to visitors. GPEKS does make limited use of cookies on its Web server, but not in any manner which could impinge on your privacy. "Cookies" are small text files placed on your personal computer's hard drive by a Web site that allows it to track your browser's use of the site. Cookies are used for purposes such as ensuring that procedures (such as Library procedures) work properly, and that you are not annoyed by repetitions.

When you use GPEKS' web site for program or service purposes, such as participating in online courses, requesting services, completing a questionnaire, or making payment, the personal information you provide for that program or service will be in compliance with the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used only for the purpose it was collected. The information will be disclosed only in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Regulation.

The GPEKS web site has links to outside Web pages. Please be aware that the GPEKS is not responsible for site content outside our Web site, or the privacy policies of outside Web sites. We encourage you to read the individual privacy statements on each Web site you visit.

This privacy statement is subject to change and is intended to reflect the sites maintained by GPEKS, including but not limited to gpeks.com, cleanenergyeducation.net and the clean energy section of williscollege.com.

Refund Policy

Full refund of paid course/program fee less administration cost for cancellation within 10 days of course or program start date. We require written and signed notification of the cancellation by fax to +1 819 775-4315 within the cancellation period. Administration cost: Single course = $100/course ; Programs = 10% of program fee up to a maximum of $250.

Delivery Policy

Payments for online courses in clean energy given in partnership with Willis College are handled by GPEKS Constructions Inc., by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) , cheque or wire transfer. GPEKS is setup for secure online credit card payment through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) at the gpeks.com web site. For payments by cheque, the cheque has to be received at least 5 business days before the course/program start. Wire transfer payments need to be received by our financial institution 3 business days before any course/program start.

Once payment has been received and has cleared the bank, students are eligible to access courses they have paid for. Access to any course starts on the first day of the published course start except for the 24/7 Online University courses which can be accessed the first tuesday after payment has been received and cleared our bank.
